  • Updates outside standard working hours, region by region. To minimize any potential impact, upgrades are carefully conducted outside of typical working hours and are rolled out incrementally, region by region.
  • Focus on stability and transparency. While we're confident in the stability of our automated upgrades, if an issue arises that affects your services, our standard support channels will be used for immediate escalation and communication.
  • Our commitment to partnership. Should our upgrade approach ever require scheduled maintenance windows that involve you directly, we will ensure you receive advance notification.
