Cancel a scheduled namespace delete

This deletes the scheduled time for a namespace delete, effectively canceling the deletion. You need to cancel a namespace delete at least five minutes before the scheduled deletion time. You can't cancel a namespace delete scheduled to occur in five minutes or less.
