Download Delivery service-level agreement

We maintain a service-level agreement (SLA) for Download Delivery on ​Akamai Control Center​ .

1. Access Control Center.
2. Log in with an account that has access to create Download Delivery properties.
3. On the Control Center homepage, click Download Center.
4. In the Media Delivery category, select Download Delivery.
5. Open Service-level agreement.
6. Click Media content delivery service-level agreement.pdf to download the SLA.
