Returns information about all endpoints assigned to the contract and group where you created the throttling counter. The API Endpoints API manages the format of the response data. Search the response data for the relevant ACL_ENTRY members such as API endpoint identifiers, resource identifiers, or HTTP methods, to use when running the Create a throttling counter or Edit a throttling counter operation.
