Regenerate certificate domain validation authorization

If you're using Default Domain Validation (DV) certificates with your service hostnames and the current authorization token has expired or needs to be refreshed (for example after a PAUSED_AWAITING_PROCEED state), run this operation to regenerate the HTTP-01 or DNS-01 challenge tokens for the specified service hostnames.
