Get an edge hostname

This operation gets an existing edge hostname identified by its fully qualified domain name. An edge hostname is a DNS-based CNAME target that maps end-user traffic for your service hostnames to the optimal edge server rather than your origin.

For customers who manage more than one account, this runs the operation from another account. The Identity and Access Management API provides a list of available account switch keys.
