Migrated channels

To ensure a smooth transition to the unified system, the migration process automatically moved your existing communication channels into Security Notification Settings centralized dashboard. This means you can manage all your previously configured alerts and destinations in one place without losing any data.

Transition of existing channels

During the migration, the system organized your existing setup to improve consistency:

• Automatic migration. All currently active messaging channels configured for Web Security Analytics moved into the new central repository.
• Deduplication. If you created the same Slack channel multiple times for different Web Security Analytics alerts, the system merged them into a single, managed entry to keep the list organized.
• Continuous service. Your existing alerts remain fully functional and will continue to send notifications using these migrated channels.
• Notification. When you first log in, you will see a banner or popup informing you that your channels have been moved to this dashboard.

Manage migrated channels

You can manage these channels just like any new ones you create. You can check the Used in column to see how many alerts still rely on a migrated channel before you make any changes. This visibility helps you audit your existing setup and ensure your team stays informed without interruption.
