Migrate streams to MSL5

Migrates streams from MSL4 to MSL5. Choose the SOFT migration type to test one or more streams and Revert stream migration, if needed. HARD migration type permanently moves the stream to MSL5. For details, see the Migration guide in the MSL5 documentation.

For customers who manage more than one account, this runs the operation from another account. The Identity and Access Management API provides a list of available account switch keys.
