Creates an API client.

Creates an API client.

Name of the API client.

JSON array of Classless Inter-Domain Routing IP addresses. Only the addresses included on the allowlist can interact with the new client. If you don't include this member the value is automatically set to 0.0.0.0/0, which allows any IP address to interact with the client.
