Create a new modeling suppressions

Creates a new time range for an adaptive alert definition that gets ignored when dynamically modeling its expected range of traffic. This operation only applies to adaptive alerts, and responds with an error if applied to a static alert.

For customers who manage more than one account, this runs the operation from another account. The Identity and Access Management API provides a list of available account switch keys.
