SLA reports
Once you've configured your SLA tests, go to ACCOUNT ADMIN > SLA Tests > Reports to view the results. If the test reports indicate that a potential outage might have occurred or that performance might have been below the target, you can request that Control Center conducts an investigation to confirm.
Before using SLA reports, you need to configure your SLA tests. For details, see SLA Test Configuration.
