The SLA Reports main application window displays the results of all availability and performance tests configured for the selected contract. For each report, you can choose to view the past day, the past week, or the past month.
To change the contract, select a different option on the Contract menu.
To change the date range for either availability or performance reports, select a different option on the Date Range menu.
If you want to receive a report of a test's results by email periodically, set the frequency for that test in the Recurring Reports section of the SLA test configuration.
Date ranges count days as 24-hour periods based on UTC. For example, selecting “Last Week” shows the data from the seven days that ended at the most recent midnight UTC.
