Validate CIDR blocks

This operation checks the format of a potential CIDR block. If it's validated successfully, you can create it.

CIDR block or any IP address value you want to validate. Encode any slash characters as %2F. This isn't the same as a cidrBlockId.

For customers who manage more than one account, this runs the operation from another account. The Identity and Access Management API provides a list of available account switch keys.
