Access and user permissions

To access CP codes and reporting groups for the first time, you need special user permissions that are usually part of the admin role.

You can view your assigned roles in the Identity and Access Management tool. To change your role, reach out to your account administrator, unless you have an admin access yourself. See the Identity and Access Management help.

CP code user permissions

• CP code - View CP code information

• CP code - Edit CP code information

Reporting Group user permissions

• CPCode Rep Group - All privileges

• CPCode Rep Group - Edit/View

With these user permissions, you can run the API operations or launch the CP Codes and Reporting Groups application. In ​Akamai Control Center​, go to ☰ > ACCOUNT ADMIN > CP codes.
