Welcome to CP Codes and Reporting Groups
Content Provider codes (CP codes) identify your traffic on the Akamai network for reporting, billing, and monitoring purposes. When you purchase an Akamai product, you create a CP code as you onboard associated properties. You may also generate additional CP codes, typically to implement more detailed billing and reporting functions, and to assign to customized properties. See About CP codes.
To manage your invoices more flexibly, you can organize CP codes into reporting groups. See About reporting groups.
Who should read this?
Developers and administrators who want to learn more about tracking and reporting on their web traffic. With this solution, you can break down your invoices and reports on traffic by reporting groups rather than by contracts or products only.
