You can add Script Management to your Ion delivery configuration to monitor the JavaScripts applied on your site or app. It leverages ​Akamai​'s mPulse real-user monitoring application, to gather metrics and analysis information on script usage. You can use this information to decide if you want to block or defer certain scripts.

Script Management only affects referenced scripts. These are external resources that require a separate request. Script Management doesn't apply to policies that exist as embedded script elements in your site's pages.

1. Enable Script Management

First, you need to set up Script Management in your Ion property. We've put together a workflow for this phase:
