Create a new policy set for the contract on both networks.

Altering the value on an existing policy set voids previously cached images and videos and require their transformation again. The supported geographic regions are US, EMEA, ASIA, AUSTRALIA, JAPAN, or CHINA. EMEA is Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
