Follow this procedure to download files available for products on your contract.

This is the only possible way to download files. Because of the EdgeAuth Token protection, any link sent to the artifact won't work.

How to

1. Go to ☰ > SUPPORT > Download Center.

2. Click a name of the product you want to get the files for.

3. If applicable, select a version of the product you want to get the files for.

4. Click the file you'd like to download.

What you should see

The file is downloaded to your computer with an SHA-256 checksum. You can use the checksum to validate the file, to check that there's no malicious actor replacing the file or packets being lost. To learn how to verify it, see Verify SHA-256 checksum.
