View consent history

Any user with consent viewer or admin permissions can view the list of optional features that require consent. They can also see which features your organization has consented to use and who did so when.

1. Log in to Akamai Control Center.
2. From the Control Center menu, select Administration > Consent Management.
   You see a list of optional features requiring consent. The list includes:
   • whether consent active or not (if not, the feature is off for your organization)
   • date that consent was last updated
3. To view a detailed description, expand an item.
4. To see a comprehensive list of all consents and revocations, within an expanded item, click View all activity.
   Control center’s Event Viewer opens, showing a list of changes you and other colleagues in your account have made to settings in Control Center. To see only consent issues, filter on activities named Feature opt in and Feature opt-out. Expand an event to see details.
