Akamai’s Consent Management app lets you control what optional features and solutions people in your organization can use. You can review feature details and opt in or opt out according to your requirements.

Consent Management lets a member of your team agree to things like:

• Use of optional artificial intelligence (AI) features. Akamai offers a variety of optional AI features to speed your setup work and enhance the effectiveness of security protections. However, not all organizations want their team members using optional AI features. This reticence may be due to external regulations or internal restrictions. Whatever your situation, Consent Management lets you review and manage optional AI feature use. Read about other use of AI in application security solutions
• Use of a feature or product in spite of certain conditions. Consent Management sometimes presents important information you may wish to know. For example, when you try to access a new feature, you may see a notice to let you know that it’s not yet generally available or that compliance with a certain standard is still in development. If your organization requires all software to meet that standard, you could wait to opt-in until it’s met.
