As of today, Case Management version 2 is decommissioned. This change means that version 2 of both the UI and API are no longer available and you need to use Case Management v3 instead.
Advantages of using Case Management v3:
- Simpler and more consistent workflows.
- Cleaner and standardized requests and responses.
- New capabilities, including case comments, file uploads up to 2GB, IDM-based case sharing, additional case fields, and updated object model for file attachments.
- Enhanced documentation with examples and recipes.
