Online training provides valuable introductory tutorials on using ​Control Center​. In the top banner of ​Control Center​, click the book icon and then either Documentation, Free trainings, or ​Akamai​ University.

Support tools

In the top corner of ​Control Center​, click the Services ☰ menu, and then from the Support category, select a tool of interest. Note the Edge Diagnostics application that provides a constellation of functions that allow you to check connectivity, verify IPs, get domain information, look up IP geographic locations, and perform other diagnostics.
