Case Management v2 was deprecated on November 3, 2025 and is no longer supported.
This version of the product will be decommissioned on November 17, 2025.
The enhanced version of our product Case Management v3 is coming on November 17 and will replace the current experience.
Advantages of using Case Management v3:
- Simpler and more consistent workflows
- Cleaner and standardized requests and responses
- Enhanced documentation with the examples and recipes
- New capabilities, including case comments, file uploads up to 2GB, IDM-based case sharing, additional case fields, and updated object model for file attachments
