Breaking changes

The release of v7.0 of the Akamai Terraform provider introduces these breaking changes.

Application Security

The items removed are EOL. The change is in response to security configuration drift and an update to reflect a product name change from Web Application Provider (WAP) to App and API Protector (AAP) selected hostnames, While the resource and data source names have changed, all arguments and attributes stay the same.

Please update your security configurations to reflect these changes.

• WAP selected hostnames [data source | resource]. Use the AAP selected hostnames [data source | resource] going forward.

Bot Manager

Challenge Interception Rules [data source | resource] EOL.

Certificates

Removed support for the unacknowledged_warnings attribute in the akamai_cps_upload_certificate resource.

Cloudlets

Removed support for the id attribute from the akamai_cloudlets_policy_activation and akamai_cloudlets_shared_policy data sources.

Cloud Wrapper

Removed support for the id attribute on multiple data sources.

Property

Removed support for the product_id and rule_format attributes in the akamai_properties data source. To get a property's product ID, use the property's name in the akamai_property data source instead.
