Download the users' csv file. With this capability, you can download the users' data in a csv
format to share or email to other team members.
Akamai MFA Users API. Use the Open API to manage user-related tasks, such as sending enrollment emails, generating bypass codes, or associating a particular user account with a set of policies and groups.
Known issues
-
On the Email Management page, the total items count, and the number of items displayed don’t match due to an issue which prevents loading user's records when multiple records are returned for a user.
-
Users using the Windows Logon plug-in and attempting to unlock the Windows locked screen may sometimes encounter errors entering just the username.
Workaround: Users may try enteringdomain\username
in the username field to unlock the screen. -
Clicking the “Help” link present in the Akamai MFA authentication prompt may not open the link in the webview presented inside an application’s client, such as the WebEx client, that is used to authenticate with MFA for that application. As an alternative, the user may enter
<<MFA_DOMAIN>>/help
in a standard web browser and reach the same destination.
