This error may be caused by several reasons:

  • An issue with the Akamai servers, for example, maintenance, software updates or upgrades,
  • Downstream applications and external services experiencing problems,
  • Locked resources causing timeouts.

To resolve this, try running an operation again or contact Akamai Professional Services for help.
