This error may be caused by several reasons:
- An issue with the Akamai servers, for example, maintenance, software updates or upgrades,
- Downstream applications and external services experiencing problems,
- Locked resources causing timeouts.
To resolve this, try running an operation again or contact Akamai Professional Services for help.
The sample shows a typical 500 error.
