Lists all edge hostnames available for the logged-in account and context, optionally filtering results along several dimensions.

Enum. Filter by securityType value, either STANDARD-TLS or ENHANCED-TLS.

Filter by ttl setting, in seconds.

includeDeliveryPolicy

Defaults to false

Whether to include the delivery policy in the response. The default is false.

accountSwitchKey
