Enterprise Application Access (EAA) new software release.
Akamai EAA new features
Connector Packet Capture– It provides the ability to generate, view, and transfer packet captures directly from the connector console. Administrators can also perform self-service troubleshooting by analyzing packet capture logs before reaching out to Akamai Support. EAA Connectors running on VMWare, Oracle Virtual Box, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Google Cloud Computing Engine with version 23.02 or above will have this feature.
Akamai Zero Trust Client features– Administrators can request client logs from end-user devices and set the client log level in Enterprise Center.
Fixed customer bugs
- When directory sync with Okta LDAP takes more than 60 minutes, the users are added to the directory, but do not appear in the associated groups. This group sync issue has been fixed.
- Fixed issue where users get deleted when directory sync is interrupted.
- Fixed issue where location rewrite rules incorrectly converted ‘%F’ to ‘/’.
- When an API call is done to List Directories endpoint, the value of
last_admin_login Field
isnil
. This issue has been fixed. - Fixed issue when a HTTP Access Application with location rewrite rules fails with a
404 error
when reverted to an older version from the Deployment History. - When you have LDAP or AD with large no groups having a large number of users, and you perform a sync, and if it exceeds the time limit or the size limit on the LDAP or AD server, you would see accidental user deletion. This issue has been fixed.
