This is a security-focused release that includes a new Debian image to patch several vulnerabilities in runc, the container runtime used by Kubernetes.
Specifically, the following vulnerabilities are addressed by this update:

Recycle nodes
To ensure your cluster is using this new image, you must recycle your node pools. Review Recycle nodes for instructions using the Cloud Manager or Recycle a node pool for the API reference.
