Update Request Router service settings

This operation updates global Request Router service configuration settings.

The action that Request Router performs when the redirection map contains a client IP address match but all HPC nodes in the map rule are unavailable, either overloaded, down, or in maintenance mode. BEST indicates that Request Router chooses the least-loaded available HPC node in the CDN. ANY indicates that Request Router chooses any available HPC node in the CDN. DROP indicates that Request Router ignores the request.
