The number of IPv4 CIDR blocks supported for use with this feature has changed.

• New Early Data (0-RTT) behavior supported for use with ​Akamai​'s products. For users that have recently visited a site and are resuming a connection, Early Data allows browsers to send data to a server in the first round trip of a connection, without waiting for the TLS handshake to complete.
• New Enhanced Debug behavior that debugs requests that go through ​Akamai​ servers. It includes all the functionality provided by the existing Pragma debugging, but is more secure and provides additional information.

Client Hints is an effort by Google to replace the legacy User-Agent HTTP header. Rather than sending all information regarding the client in a single source, the host the client is accessing needs to request individual "client hints" information from the client's user agent (a browser).

Common Media Client Data (CMCD) is an open specification created by the Consumer Technology Association. A media player can use it to send playback information to ​​Akamai​.

Origin IP Access Control List (Origin IP ACL) offers some protection for your origin server by restricting traffic to ​​Akamai​-controlled IP addresses.
