Cloud Firewall is now available on a NodeBalancer.

• Get firewalls (GET /networking/firewalls). You can list Firewalls assigned to NodeBalancers.
• Create a NodeBalancer (POST /nodebalancers). You can add a firewall to a NodeBalancer using this operation.
• Firewall rule information for NodeBalancers. fFirewalls only apply to inbound TCP traffic to NodeBalancers.
