May 31, 2023 — Image & Video Manager updates

Recent updates include granular user permissions and support for client hints.

• Granular user permissions: You now have fine-grained control over what Akamai Control Center users can do with your policy sets and policies. Policy set access can be restricted by user group, and policy permissions by user role. Users can only view, edit, or delete policies and policy sets according to the permissions you set. For more information, see Control user access with granular permissions.

• Client Hints support : Image and Video Manager will now use Client Hints if they are available. Information about the browser preference will be obtained from the following client hints: DPR ,Viewport Width and Width. For more information, see Improve image selection using Client Hints.
