Guardicore Platform Agent​ 7.4.1-v53.6.1 is now generally available. In Akamai Control Center, go to Enterprise Center > Client & Connectors > ​Manage and Download Clients to deploy version 7.4.1.

Fixed issues

These issues were resolved in this update:

• Fixed an issue where the agent unexpectedly crashed after the Edge Transport connection was established.
• Fixed an issue where the agent crashed on Windows machines that were set to run a non-UTF-8 language, such as Portuguese, Japanese and Spanish.

Known issues

The following issues are currently known in this release:

• If you enabled anti-tampering protection for the agent in Enterprise Center, users cannot roll back to a previous version of the agent on macOS with an over-the-air (OTA) update.
• On Linux, the process used to generate the Device ID has changed. As a result of this update, you may see duplicate device IDs in Enterprise Center for the same hostname.
