Report ID 2, Initialization and execution times by EdgeWorker ID and event handler in the EdgeWorkers API is disabled. You should now use report ID 5 for for execution and initialization times.

Report ID 4, Memory usage by EdgeWorker ID and event handler in the EdgeWorkers API is also disabled. You should now use report ID 6 for memory usage.
