Jul 25, 2018 — Edge Hostname tool now supports Instant Config (MDC) edge hostnames

  • The latest update to the Edge Hostname tool now includes support for Instant Config (aka MDC) edge hostnames. You no longer have to type in “.mdc” at the end of the hostname. To create an Instant Config (MDC) edge hostname, select edgesuite.net as the domain, click the Instant Config (MDC) checkbox, and “.mdc” is automatically inserted into the edge hostname.
  • This release also includes UI improvements.
