Create a new test definition

post https://{hostname}/test-management/v2/comparative/test-definitions

Creates a new test definition. Specify a hostname you're using Property Manager to deliver content for. Hostnames that use Instant Config, Slot Matching, or Zone Apex Mapping don't work. Once you specify a hostname, you cannot change it.
