Create and manage objects

Here you can find information about how to create test definitions and manage them and included test cases.

Create a test definition

Learn how to create a full test definition with associated test cases.

To create a test definition:

  1. Go to > CDN > Test Center.
  2. In the left menu, click Comparative testing.
  3. To create a test definition:
    1. Above the main list, click +.
    2. In the Create test definition window, configure the definition's settings.
    3. Click Save.
  4. To create and associate test cases:
    1. Select the created definition from the list and in the Details section, click +.

    2. In the Add test case window, configure the settings, and click Save. Notice that in Additional settings, you can configure test request's request headers.
    3. Click Save.
    4. Repeat this step to create all required test cases.

Manage objects

To manage comparative objects:

  1. To edit, clone, remove, or export a test definition as a PDF:
    1. Find the test definition you want to manage and select it from the list.
    2. In its Details section, open the more options menu next to the Run test button, and select the appropriate option.
    3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  2. To edit, remove, or clone comparative test cases included in a test definition:
    1. Find the object that includes the test cases you want to edit and select it from the list.
    2. In its Details section, under the Included test cases tab, open the more options menu in the test case's row. Select an appropriate option. Edit test cases
