Nov 4, 2026 — Improvements to Web Security Analytics

Enhancements:

  • New security configuration selection panel. Web Security Analytics replaced the configuration toggle with a sliding selection panel in the menu bar. You can click the current configuration name, choose your view (Edge, Client-Side, or App & API Protector Hybrid), pick a configuration from the list, and click Display data to update your metrics and traffic trends.
  • Clear status for expired or unavailable remediable insights. If you open an expired or unavailable remediable insight, AI Assistant now shows a clear notification explaining that the insight is no longer available.
  • App & API Protector Hybrid now supports aggregated IP/Geo data in the Samples view in Web Security Analytics to give you visibility into large-scale Denial of Service (DoS) events without sacrificing the system responsiveness. Learn more

Bug fixes:

  • Restored Botnet ID in Client Info. When you inspect request samples, the Client Info panel in the Samples view now correctly displays the Botnet ID. This ensures you can identify and track specific bot entities directly from individual request forensic details.
  • Restored event search for case IDs and operation names in system change indications. When inspecting Release and product update events, you can now search events using Case IDs and API Operation Names in the Events sliding panel. This ensures you can reliably locate specific system changes and inspect update details directly from your search results.
  • Standardized number formatting on dynamic throttling indicators. The Throttling End Indicator on timeline charts now displays filtered event totals using standard abbreviations (k for thousands, M for millions, and B for billions).
