# Nov 7, 2023 - New frozen rule format and other Catalog changes

* New frozen rule format available for Property Manager users: [v2023-10-30](https://techdocs.akamai.com/property-mgr/reference/deprecated-rule-formats).
* [Origin IP ACL](https://techdocs.akamai.com/property-mgr/reference/ga-origin-ip-acl) behavior is now in General Availability, accessible for Adaptive Media Delivery, Download Delivery, Object Delivery, Dynamic Site Accelerator, Ion Standard and Ion Premier. If you are using PAPI with the [latest](https://techdocs.akamai.com/property-mgr/reference/latest-behaviors) rule format, Origin IP ACL requires that you specify the `ipVersion` option in the [Origin Server](https://techdocs.akamai.com/property-mgr/reference/latest-origin) behavior. This additional field is required only if you are using Origin Type - `CUSTOMER` or `EDGE_LOAD_BALANCING_ORIGIN_GROUP`.
