For Property Manager API (PAPI), we are changing particular 500 error responses to the more appropriate 422 response codes.

• 500 “type”:
  “https://problems.luna.akamaiapis.net/papi/v0/toolkit/property_version_not_active_in_production” will now be: 422 “type”: "[https://problems.luna.akamaiapis.net/papi/v0/deactivation/not-active-in-production]

• 500 “type”:
  “[https://problems.luna.akamaiapis.net/papi/v0/toolkit/property\_version\_not\_active\_in\_staging] will now be: 422 ”type“: ”https://problems.luna.akamaiapis.net/papi/v0/deactivation/not-active-in-staging"
