# Apr 15, 2024 — Updated Aspera client support

NetStorage now supports v4.4.4.1297 for Windows and v4.4.4.1293 for all other systems of the [Aspera client](https://techdocs.akamai.com/netstorage/docs/aspera-upload-acceleration#download-a-compatible-aspera-client).

To ensure uninterrupted service after the SSH upgrade in 2024 you should upgrade to the latest Aspera client.  For more information, refer to the [Akamai Community article](https://community.akamai.com/customers/s/article/May-2024-NetStorage-SSH-Upgrade).
