# Third-party updates

Here's a changelog of third-party updates that may influence your mPulse experience:

### Google Chrome

Check the Chrome [changelog](https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/master/docs/speed/metrics_changelog/README.md) for the most recent changes. Updates that may influence mPulse metrics include:

* Chrome 133+: Cross-origin Largest Contentful Paint elements (such as images) without the `Timing-Allow-Origin HTTP` now return LCP time with greater accuracy (up to 4 milliseconds of granularity). This change may *increase* the LCP time for websites with cross-origin content.

See the [Chrome Platform Status](https://chromestatus.com/feature/5128261284397056) documentation and [When Is LCP Reported?](https://web.dev/articles/lcp#when-is-lcp-reported) at Web.dev for more details.
* Chrome 115-133: Changed `responseStart`'s definition to the start of the final document response which affected NavigationTiming and Early Hints. Chrome 133 reverted this update after compatibility issues.

See the [Chrome Platform Status](https://chromestatus.com/feature/5158830722514944) documentation and [TTFB and Early Hints](https://web.dev/articles/ttfb#other-definitions) at Web.dev for details.
