over 2 years ago by namadeo@akamai.com
The latest mPulse Beta UI update includes the following:
Sections
- Sections are horizontal dashboard dividers with a title that can be edited.
- Always span the full width of a dashboard, and can have their vertical placement in a dashboard layout adjusted.
- Can host Selectors, Filters, and an App Override.
- Can be found at the top of the Sidebar's Widget Templated list.
Selectors
- Selectors such as Timer, Metric, or Group By can be applied to any Widget Field inputs with a matching type.
- Can be added to Dashboards, Widgets, or Sections.
- When applied to dashboards, they apply to all widget inputs in the dashboard.
- When applied to Widgets, they apply to that Widget's input only.
- When applied to Sections, they apply to all widgets in that section, including sections with no selectors of the same type.
Table
- Table widgets now allow you to view your data in a tabular format.
- Can be sorted by various values, for example Page Views.
- Show any number of data columns.
- Drag a Metric or Timer onto the current Value Columns Field to add one.
- If Page Load is used for a sorting value, an associated Performance Budget Column can then be added to it which provides one of the following types of data as a supplemental value:
- Beacons with measurement
- Percent of total beacons
- Performance budget
App Override
- Provides the ability to switch which of your app's data is displayed per section or widget.
- Can be applied at the following levels:
- Section: Switches app data for all widgets under that section, including following sections that have no app override applied.
- Widget: Switches app data for that widget only.
