Feb 21, 2024 — Interaction to Next Paint (INP) and new dashboard
10 months ago by jpodsiad@akamai.com
The latest mPulse release includes the following features and bug fixes:
Features:
- Interaction to Next Paint (INP) - measures responsiveness by observing the latency of all interactions a user has made with the page, and reports a single value. A low INP value means the page was consistently able to respond quickly to most user interactions. This is available in all filters where timers exist, see System timers in the mPulse user guide to learn more.
- The new Core Web Vitals 2024 dashboard in the legacy UI, where Interaction to Next Paint (INP) replaced First Input Delay (FID). In the new Beta UI, INP is available in the Core Web Vitals (2023+) Performance Explorer theme.
