• Enterprise Center for Akamai MFA
  • User verification. This new feature lets Akamai MFA administrators securely initiate a verification session to confirm a user’s identity. Click Verify User on the user’s profile page in Enterprise Center to start an MFA verification session and send an authentication request to the user using one of the authentication factors they have enrolled. Once the authentication session completes, you can view the result. As a security best practice, Akamai strongly recommends that administrators always verify the user’s identity before performing any administrative actions requested by the user.
