Dec 6, 2023 — Authentication Events enhancements
New features and enhancements
Authentication Events enhancements. The Authentication Events report page now displays additional information on the devices used for authentication, including the OS name, OS version number, and geolocation. If you export the report to a csv
file, you can access even more details on each authentication attempt. For a full list of new entries included in the exported report, refer to the Authentication Events documentation.
Keycloak integration. Setting up a Keycloak integration no longer requires Akamai account representative's assistance. You can now add this integration type in Enterprise Center.
Fixed issues
- The policy page now properly accommodates long lists of device locations, fixing the UI overflow issue.
Known issues
-
Users using the Windows Logon plug-in and attempting to unlock the Windows locked screen may sometimes encounter errors entering just the username.
Workaround: Users may try enteringdomain\username
in the username field to unlock the screen. -
