New features and enhancements
Search user list by alias. With this new user list search criterion, you can look up users by their alias.
Device status reporting enhancements. Devices of the end users who remove their account from their mobile app are now flagged as non-recoverable in Enterprise Center and cannot be reactivated by the administrator. To re-enroll users with non-recoverable devices, the administrator can send them an enrollment email or set up an in-line enrollment policy.
Known issues

Users using the Windows Logon plug-in and attempting to unlock the Windows locked screen may sometimes encounter errors entering just the username.
Workaround: Users may try enteringdomain\username
in the username field to unlock the screen. -
Clicking the “Help” link present in the Akamai MFA authentication prompt may not open the link in the webview presented inside an application’s client, such as the WebEx client, that is used to authenticate with MFA for that application. As an alternative, the user may enter
<<MFA_DOMAIN>>/help
in a standard web browser and reach the same destination.
