In 2025, Akamai introduced a refreshed Enterprise Center user interface for Akamai MFA. Starting May 14, 2026, you will no longer be able to access Akamai MFA in Enterprise Center via the legacy UI.
If you try to access Akamai MFA through the legacy UI on or after May 14, you will see a page notifying you that Akamai MFA requires the new UI. From this notification page, you can:
- Click Go to the New UI to be automatically redirected to the updated interface and continue your work.
- Click Learn more to access this release note.
Akamai recommends bookmarking the new Enterprise Center UI URL to ensure a seamless experience going forward.
