# Akamai MFA OIDC API

Akamai MFA OIDC API lets you integrate multi-factor authentication (MFA) into OpenID Connect (OIDC) authentication flows using Pushed Authorization Requests (PAR).

Akamai MFA is a workforce multi-factor authentication service that strengthens organizations' security postures by providing strong secondary authentication to cloud, on-premises, web-based, SaaS, and IaaS applications—in addition to the existing primary authentication, such as the identity provider (IdP) system.
